How food diet and terminal illnesses are related
LS202412Actions speaks louder than words. To stay healthy, dont just listen, do it.
Life is short, money is important, food is important, family is important but Health is most important. With health, you have nothing
As what doctors always says, avoid oily food, fried food. It will led to heart problem. Avoid sweet stuff, it will led you to diabetes. Do more exercise, cut down on weight, if not, you will have problems with your legs and back.
We listen to this all the time when we see doctors for whatever sickness we have. We seek advice from professionals, doctors etc.
But how many of us take it to heart, listen and do it? Words are just advice, but if you put it to action, i strongly believe that there is no need for any of us to fall sick.
Food, oily, fried, spicy, sweet. Most of it are outside food. I prefer home-cooked food now compare to last time.
Before that, i always had to eat out, drink ice milo, one time 3 glasses, ice lemon tea(without ice), to that extend, i notice that my urine always is orange colour and i started to realize that, and subconsciously knew that i didnt want to end up like my mother/grandmother who has fought for years against diabetic. So i stopped. I started slowly cutting down on my sweetness level, by just drink ice milo once a week, one glass at a time, i stopped drinking ice lemon tea. And soon after, i started to just drink plain water.
I realize that my urine colour have change back to transparent which i felt 100% relieve.
I also eat out everyday becos no one cook at home. I am a person who enjoy to eat spicy, so everyday, i had fried chicken, burgers, i eat sambal just like that with bread.
I gain lots of weight, from a mere 45kg to 103kg in less than a year, i felt restless, heavy, i had difficulties in walking, claiming stairs and i often get heart burn. I was also diagnosed with high cholesterol and had to be on medication everyday.
I dislike that fact that i have to take medications everyday, no one likes that i dislike the fact that i cant find clothes of my size, i dislike that fact that i am no longer young and i look like a ballon.
So i cut down, i cook, i eat less oily, less fried food, even less sambal and yes... I did lose abit of weight and now, i dont have a single time of heart burn episode.
So ladies and gentlemen, Eat healthy to avoid illness is advice from doctors and professionals but to put in into actions, it is in your own hands.
Thank you
