Good reflections and actions to change, reduce our chance of terminal illnesses
We learnt a lot about our digestive systems, cells and body organs from studying biology in school. However, it is beyond just physical that make us strong physically and spiritually.
Everyone knows that we have to eat good and high nutritious food as a basic foundation to health. Importantly, we also have to exercise to drive these nutrients to every part and corners of our body to really acquire the true benefit from food nutrients. If we are committed to having right food and exercise, then we have to know what make up the food we are consuming. We have basic food but to satisfy our tastebuds, we definitely add sauce or various tasty condiments. Most of these are chemically produced at low cost to taste so nice that nobody can resist. Gone are the days when sauce are really fermented to extract real substance. So beware of all sauces and tasty condiments. All chemicals cannot be accepted by our organs and take a long time for these to be removed from our system. So when we filled bloated, sleepy or fatigue, this means our body is using extra energy and effort to detoxify ourselves from unwanted materials in tasty food or drinks.
I have a vegetarian friend who is always tired after meal. I observe that she eats very fast without biting much. Secondly, she has damp-heat always – dampness accumulates in her system easily and turn into toxins that cause heat and inflammation. One lucky occasion, she ate some food that she may be allergic too and had diarrhea for two days. After that, she has a flat tummy and become more energetic and less tired easily. Her only toxin comes from the tasty sauce and food she consume without much biting. A good lesson to learn from a little suffering.
Every inch or part of our body needs to be oxygenated with nutrients. So lifestyle like spending long hours watching videos, playing games, snacking, sitting, sleeping, etc that use little oxygen exchange will allow toxins to accumulate in our system rapidly and causing lots of inflammation and ageing of our body over time. Nowadays, we are already seeing youngsters having elderly diseases such as backpain, white hair, deteoriating eyesight and hearing, insomnia, brttile bones, fatigue, etc. Besides, sudden surges of emotions from gaming cause harmonal imbalance and bad toxins to accumulate in our system, resulting in obesity, inflammation and tumor.
In short, an active lifestyle engaging in voluntarism(builds worthiness and confidence) with a watchful diet away from chemical flavourings are the basics to a healthy body.
