if human are born bad, there will be no moral compass to guide human into being good and there will be no law setup base on these moral compass. Baby does not have the 7 sins (pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth). Baby only act base on instinct like want to feel the warm and loving of the family.
