What are good Roots? (1)
AN201710-01For the wisest growth
Akin to the tallest trees standing firm with deep roots, humans too must cultivate ourselves to grow till our best potential. In nature's embrace, I've learned the importance of good roots in human nature, embodying W.I.S.E.
To be the wisest, we must embrace humility and a willingness to learn from others' perspectives. To be most the most Intelligent, we should continuously expand our knowledge and apply it wisely.
To be the most socially ethical, we must advocate for fairness, justice, and the well-being of all beings amongst us. Lastly, to be the most equanimously humane, we need to nurture compassion, empathy, and a harmonious connection with both nature and fellow humans.
By upholding and nurturing these roots within, we can grow into individuals who positively impact the world, just as the majestic trees provide shade, shelter, and sustenance to countless life forms around them.
